Payment Options
Basic Minimum Hours - 1-1 Consultation
Just like your child; each case is unique. However, Education Law Help offers an Introductory and Basic Minimum Consultation 4 hour paid consultation rate.
Starting at $125.00 per hour for Legal Assistant / Non-Attorney Advocate (3 hour minimum required)
Starting at $181.00 per hour Paralegal with attorney supervision (3 hour minimum required)
Starting at $325.00 per hour Attorney consultation (3 hour minimum required)
Custom Fee Agreements
Our Fee Agreements are custom and delivers a payment structure. For Education Law Help to assist; a signed (and fully initialed) fee agreement is required for any payment options. We require this because it identifies the type of assistance / representation. Custom Fee Agreements explains how personnel will work for you. In addition, fee agreements will identify mileage fees for in-person attendance vs. remote or Zoom meeting attendance. At times, even administrative hearings may require hearing fees and requirements of 3rd party software. You will receive a billing statement of how the fees were spent.
